As a Network, we work in close cooperation with partners such as the Emergency Telecommunications Cluster (ETC); the Global Mobile Network Association (GSMA); the International Telecommunications Union (ITU); CHS Alliance; the Inter-Agency Standing Committee on Accountability to Affected Populations Task-Team; the Grand Bargain Participation Revolution Workstream group; the Start Network, and the Humanitarian Leadership Academy, among others.

CDAC Network is a member of H2H, a vibrant network of humanitarian entrepreneurs, who are engineering new solutions and services that enable the humanitarian sector to perform better.

What they desperately needed was access to local information in a language they understood – could they go home? Where were the local services and who were all these foreigners who said they were coming to help?
